Three storey Rehabilitation Centre including two floors of Patient Accommodation, Hydrotherapy Pool, Treatment areas, Commercial Kitchen, Dining area and two Basement car park levels. The air conditioning system consisted of a heat recovery Variable Refrigerant Flow system providing excellent energy efficiency and low maintenance. A Building Management System monitors and controls the air conditioning and ventilation systems. The Stairwells are provided with pressurisation systems which operates in the event of a fire alarm.
