Dewpoint Service is a privately owned Brisbane based HVAC company. All of the shareholders are employed by the business and take an active role in the day to day running of the business.

Nick Heywood - Managing Director (Queensland Service)

Qualifications: Certificate III Refrigeration Airconditioning Trade; Certificate III Mechanical Engineering Trade

Nick has 22 years experience in the industry as a qualified HVAC & R technician and Mechanical fitter. Nick’s double trade and enable him to gain experience and adapt to different industry sectors. He has had extensive commercial and industrial experience as a technician initially working in NSW then in the UK, Netherlands, Canada and now QLD. Nick has been a HVAC & R technician & supervisor for large individual commercial sites and project manager for light comercila projects. Nick more recently has been a operations and business delveopment manager, he is currenty responsible and accountable for the performance of Dewpoint Service.

David Hall - Operations Manager (Queensland Service)

David Hall - Operations Manager (Queensland Service)

David has 14 years experience in the HVAC & R industry as a qualified technician and supervisor. He started his experience with commercial air-conditioning installations and mechanical plumbing as a technician and progressed to a site supervisor.

David has spent considerable time as a Service technician and supervisor diagnosing and repairing a broad range of commercial air-conditioning equipment, DX, chilled and condenser water systems, cold rooms, freezers, medical gas and controls.

David has gained the experience as a supervisor and mentor for key staff, working closely with clients and building a strong stable relationship. David is an asset to Dewpoint Service due to his communication skills and ability to manage large teams and projects.
